Welcome to Haldane Party Rentals LLC. By using our website, booking rentals, or requesting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

When you book with Haldane Party Rentals LLC, you enter a rental agreement that outlines the equipment, delivery details, setup requirements, and payment terms for your event.

 

2. Booking & Payments

 

• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and approved transfers.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on inventory availability.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit deposits.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may require up to 50–100% payment depending on preparation work.
• Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case. Tents and outdoor items still require payment unless unsafe to install.

 

4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

We deliver based on the date and timeframe confirmed with you.

You must ensure clear access to the event location.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, long distances, difficult access, or last-minute changes.

Items must be ready for pickup in the same location and condition as delivered.

 

5. Responsibility for Rental Items

You are responsible for all equipment from drop-off until pickup.

Charges may apply for:

 

• Lost or stolen items
• Damage (rips, burns, stains, misuse, breakage)
• Missing parts
• Excessive cleaning
• Items not ready for pickup

 

Equipment must be used properly and safely.

 

6. Event Safety

 

• Customer is responsible for monitoring weather and ensuring safe usage of equipment.
• Tents must not be moved or altered once installed.
• Children must be supervised around rental items.

 

7. Equipment Availability

We strive to keep inventory accurate. If an item becomes unavailable due to damage, overbooking, or unforeseen issues, we may:

 

• Offer a substitute
• Reschedule
• Provide a refund (for unavailable items only)

 

8. Liability

Haldane Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for:

 

• Injuries caused by improper use of equipment
• Damages resulting from weather, wind, or unsafe environments
• Any indirect or consequential damages

 

Customer agrees to use all equipment safely and follow instructions.

 

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

 

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Misuse forms or systems
• Copy website content without permission

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated version.
